We look forward to welcoming you along to one of our free group sessions. We meet once every two months. Each group session follows a similar routine.
We start with introductions and housekeeping, then we move on to the masterclass which is a 20-30 minute discussion around a relevant topic.
Next up is the tea break (the most important part!) which is followed by a discussion in the group.
We close the session with our signature mindfulness moment which is a guided 5 minute relaxation exercise.
